I first heard of who John Hartford was, a mere year and a half ago. And in that time I had become an enormous fan of him and his music. I just now found out, 6 days after that he has just passed on. I am truly saddened by this loss, and I feel grateful that I am on the same planet where his music is available to listen to. Thanks for making me laugh through song, John. Telluride Bgrass is going to be dedicated in his honor this year. Hope to see some of you there. Joe Wallace
