Thanks, again to the Webmaster for getting rid of
those unwanted spam messages. (I wish I knew how
to keep them off my computer!!). Just listened
to John singing "Big Rock Candy Mountain" on my
Down from the Mountain CD. Made my heart feel good.
Has anyone tried exercising to John's music?
It makes the time on my treadmill just fly by.
(Plus I have lost over 20 pounds). I think I'll
call it the John Hartford exercise program.
