I met John at the Philly Folk Festival, what seems like a lifetime ago. He sang "Boogie", and my partners and I laughed so hard we couldn't play OR sing (which was a disaster, since we were supposed to go on almost right away). I'm laughing still - I imagine he'd like that - but now the memories are not so raucous.
